Poster Drafts
Draft One: I was experimenting and playing around with some lines, font and layers on Photoshop. I repeated white lines against a black background. I like the lines, it looks visually interesting. I would like some space for some other text and images on the poster though, so I will continue to work on this draft and see how it goes.
Draft Two: With this idea, I experimented with a background image and some text against a circle layer. I really like the look of this poster. The colours are eye-catching. I will continue to work on this idea and add some more text and images to advertise the programme.
This was just an experiment with an image of myself from Facebook. I made multiple layers of the same image and then changed the hue. It looks interesting. I will see if I am going to use this on my poster or not.
good to see you starting to evaluate, be careful not to tell me what I can see. Remember you are telling me what is working, what is not working, what you are going to do next. For instance in the above notes you tell us that "it looks interesting" why does it looks interesting? Is it the repetition? is it the sense of movement from the repetition? Is it the layering? Is it the contrast in colour casts? Keep working on developing these skills and you will get there in the end- Hobbs
